  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Standard Shipping: We use USPS, Fedex and UPS to ensure your gifts arrive safely.

  • Local Pickup: Are you in the Dallas area? Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees and grab your order directly from our warehouse!

Our "Happy Gift" Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Damaged Items: While we pack our 3D art and decor with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo at [Insert Email] within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.

  • Return Shipping: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
